In Awe Weddings began in 2021, originally known as In Awe Designs. Born during a time when the world slowed down, but creativity didn’t. I had always been drawn to design, yet unsure which path to follow. It wasn’t until I attended a friend’s wedding that everything became clear.

I looked around and thought, I could create all of this.

I loved design, loved making things beautiful, and had years of experience organising and supervising events, even holding a bar manager’s licence. Weddings blended everything I cared about: beauty, emotion, atmosphere, and storytelling.

At first, I dreamt of opening a wedding venue, but quickly realised the investment was far beyond what I had. So I asked myself:
What else can I create that becomes part of a couple’s most meaningful day?

That’s when I discovered wedding signage. And instantly, I knew.

The next day, I bought a Cricut machine and started creating.

In Awe Designs grew quickly, but as a one-woman team handling everything, I knew something needed to evolve. I refined my focus, niching solely into weddings and shifting toward online templates and bespoke design. A simpler, more intentional experience for both brides and myself.

2025, In Awe Weddings was reborn and has become so much more than where it began.
