By placing an order with In Awe Weddings, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure clarity, quality, and a seamless design experience.

Design & Proofing

All designs are created based on the information provided by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review all proofs for spelling, dates, names, and layout before final approval.

Once a design has been approved, In Awe Weddings is not responsible for errors or changes requested thereafter.

Custom Design Orders

Custom design services are created specifically for each client and are non-refundable once the design process has begun.

Any revisions included will be outlined at the time of booking. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur an additional fee.

Ready to print Designs

Edit & Print designs are provided as finished design files ready for personalisation.

In Awe Weddings is not responsible for errors made during client personalisation or for print quality when files are printed independently by a third party.

Printing & Materials

Printed signage is produced using carefully selected materials and professional printing methods. Variations in colour may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and material finishes.

Material descriptions are provided as a guide. Clients are responsible for selecting materials suited to their intended use (indoor, outdoor, short-term, or long-term).

Handling & Care

Some materials are designed for short-term or indoor use only and should be handled with care. In Awe Weddings is not responsible for damage caused by weather conditions, wind, improper handling, or misuse once items have been delivered.

Production Timeframes

Production and delivery notes provided are estimates only. While every effort is made to meet agreed timelines, In Awe Weddings is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, couriers, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs and timeframes will be communicated at checkout or during the ordering process. Risk passes to the client once items have been dispatched.

Intellectual Property

All designs remain the intellectual property of In Awe Weddings and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.

Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our products and services, refunds are not available for change of mind. Please contact us promptly if there is an issue with your order so it can be reviewed.
